The space The 27m² Cedar Suite is characterized by the fusion of timeless architecture with contemporary comfort. In this sanctuary, with ample natural light, you'll find a king-size bed with 100% cotton sheets, a private bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub overlooking the sky and natural light, with eco-friendly towels and toiletries. In addition, the Suite has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. And we leave a cotton hammock and yoga mats at your disposal for your well-being. ------- Coco Calin was rebuilt, without the intervention of machinery and maintaining ancestral techniques, on the ruins of a house demolished by Hurricane Gilberto in the 1980s. Its interior is characterized by the use of earth, indigenous and local materials, with unique natural and artistic pieces that have been carefully selected. The 3 suites are configured around a large central courtyard, which historically plays a very important role in the history of Yucatecan homes, there is the pool, immersed among gardens and beautifully framing the original stone building. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and its central Yucatecan patio: - Pool surrounded by gardens, canvas loungers woven by local artisans and cotton hammocks under palm trees, - Wooden table to enjoy breakfast, a meal or even work, - Rooftop overlooking Sisal, - Coffee area (which we will soon open to serve organic meals and healthy shots) Other things to note 🌿 About the Facilities and Services: • The rooms are not equipped with televisions. • The pool is shared by the guests of the three suites. 🐜 Interaction with the Local Ecosystem: • Insects are not synonymous with dirt. Given our location between two nature reserves, the occasional presence of insects on the premises is inevitable and part of Sisal's ecological balance. • We implement monthly fumigations, always prioritizing products that minimize environmental impact. 🧼 Cleaning and Maintenance Policies: • The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only deep cleaning at the end of your stay. • In case you need cleaning during your stay, these have an additional cost and are subject to availability. ⚠️ Basic Services Considerations: • Sisal, being a developing town, may experience occasional power and water outages. These situations are beyond our control and: • Do not generate a right to reimbursement. • We maintain constant communication with the electricity and water company to be informed about the restoration times.
