Croftholmen residence, Stathelle

The residence is located on Croftholmen in Stathelle in Bamble municipality. The building was erected as a tenant house for Villa Croftholmen in 1895 and is beautifully located on a ridge a few meters from nature reserves, beaches and cliffs. The bridge connection to the mainland still provides a central location within walking distance to, among other things, Brotorvet shopping center with its more than 60 stores. The islet is located in a sunny location in the middle of the entrance to Grenland. On the islet there is also Croftholmen's banquet hall with room for over 100 guests.
