Marianne and Christophe welcome you in a refined atmosphere. Your bed and breakfast is located in a former 1800 stone sheepfold, on a private 8.5 hectare estate consisting of a wooded park, two meadows and a forest. The place is a paradise for those looking for absolute calm, proximity to nature. There are many tourist and archaeological sites nearby as well as the "Flow Vélo" for mountain biking enthusiasts. Breakfast included! Optional HOT TUB. The space The rental price includes breakfast for 2 people. We provide you with a private room of 19 m2 with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a large bathtub / shower /Bluetooth defrosting mirror. The room has a desk and Ethernet / Wifi fiber as well as TV. Your room locks and has an individual exit leading to a private terrace of 20 m2. Pets are allowed (dog, cat) in the room and in the park, under the responsibility of their owner. In the park, you will find a forest picnic table, deck chairs and a hammock, and you can also enjoy the many hiking trails around the property. We have secure private parking for 4/5 cars. New for Summer 2026: opening of our large SPA/Jacuzzi (6 people), located outdoors and protected under an arbor (by reservation and with an optional fee). We will also show you on site all the walks and outings you can do in our beautiful region: bike flow, Grottes du Queroy and du Placard, Château de la Rochefoucauld, Musée de la BD d'Angoulême, etc. Our property is located 25 minutes from Angoulême, 12 minutes from La Rochefoucauld, 15 minutes from Montbron, 50 minutes from Cognac, 20 minutes from the Dordogne department, 1 hour 15 minutes from Limoges, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Périgueux. Guest access The common areas of the house are open, including the living room. Traffic in the park, meadows and forest is allowed. It's possible to store food in one of our fridges/freezers. During your stay Guests can contact us on-site or via my mobile phone if we are away. We are physically present every night. Other things to note We provide other services to our visitors, on request. These services are to be paid directly on site. Use of our large outdoor SPA/Jacuzzi (6 people), protected by an arbor (by reservation & optional fee)
