The house is far from any neighbors. Access to the cottage until 5 p.m. on Sundays!! The space Welcome to our property, ideal for large groups of up to 30 people. Composed of two modern houses on a fully enclosed plot, it guarantees your peace of mind. The large bright living room, with its designer furniture and bay windows, offers a soothing view of nature and is the perfect place to share convivial moments. Relaxing amenities: Heated 4 x 8 m pool, accessible from April to October. Private sauna for absolute wellness. The modern kitchen is specially designed for large groups: Two dishwashers American fridge and a spare fridge Ice maker Nespresso coffee machine The sleeping arrangements are as follows to ensure the comfort of everyone: 3 bedrooms sleeping 4 2 Bedrooms Sleeps 3 3 bedrooms with 1 Double bed 3 bedrooms sleeping 2 Outside, a petanque court (8 balls provided), children's playground and large barbecue await you for unforgettable days and evenings. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire property. This includes both houses, the pool, sauna, gardens and all outdoor facilities. The rental is for the entire site and is not divisible, ensuring total privacy during your stay. Other things to note Late check-out on Sunday: Enjoy your weekend to the fullest with a possible check-out until 5 p.m. (no fees) Supplies included: We provide you with basic necessities such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, a sponge and garbage bags. To be provided by you: Charcoal for the barbecue and champagne flutes are not provided.
