Now a well-established island retreat, our space is known for its practical layout, reliable workspaces, and an unbeatable location in the center of the action. 🏠 Island Living & Practical Comfort Our property is enclosed by a rustic bamboo fence, providing a private sense of place. Each room features a dedicated desk inside—ideal for catching up on emails—and two rattan chairs outside for relaxing in the island air. We’ve blended modern style with island soul, featuring touches from IKEA and quality comforts from Mandaue Foam. Each room is equipped with a full-sized bed, a single bed, and an extra floor mattress, making the space versatile for any group or "barkada." 🎨 4 Color-Themed Rooms Choose the vibe that suits your stay, inspired by Camiguin’s natural beauty: Kahel (Orange): Vibrant energy inspired by volcanic sunsets. Bughaw (Blue): Serene and soothing, mirroring the Mindanao Sea. Luntian (Green): Fresh and calming like our tropical forests. Rosas (Pink): Romantic and charming like island wildflowers. 🛠️ Amenities & Kitchen Access Communal Dining: We’ve placed a large dining table in the middle of the property, perfect for groups to gather and enjoy meals together. Shared Kitchenette: Includes a fridge, water dispenser, and rice cooker for your meal prep needs. The Essentials: High-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and private baths in every room. 🍽️ Walk to the Best of Yumbing Forget the long commutes; you are walking distance to the island's top spots: White Island Jump-off: Just steps away for your sandbar adventures. Vibe: Grab your caffeine fix at Coffee Spot Café or catch the energy at The Gig Arcade. ✨ A Note on the Neighborhood Vibe: We are perfectly positioned near the local nightlife, with Isla9100 just walking distance away. Please note there is a live band every weekend, which can lead to loud music until 12mn. While closing your room door lessens the noise, it is still audible, making us a better fit for those who enjoy being near the evening's energy! Guest access During your stay, you’ll have access to our shared kitchens—great for cooking up a meal! We currently have two available: one next to Room 1 (Kahel), ready for your use, and another common kitchen beside Room 4 (Rosas). You’re welcome to use the common dining area for meals or downtime. You’ll also have your own patio to enjoy some outdoor space. During your stay While we won’t meet in person, you’ll have self check-in via lockbox for a smooth, flexible arrival. We’re always just a message away on Airbnb chat, ready to assist promptly and respectfully. Your comfort and privacy are our priority. If you need in-person help, our caretakers are nearby and happy to assist. You can also call or message us anytime for anything else you may need. Other things to note Room Allocation Guide: 2 to 4 guests – You’ll get 1 private room. 5 to 8 guests – You’ll be assigned 2 private rooms. 9 to 12 guests – You’ll get 3 private rooms. 13 to 16 guests – You’ll have all 4 rooms, perfect for big groups or full property exclusivity! Each room accommodates a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 guests. If you'd like to reserve the entire property exclusively, you’ll need to book for 16 guests (even if you're fewer) to block out all 4 rooms. Let us know your group size, and we’ll help you choose the best setup! ** We also have separate listings for each individual room so smaller groups can book exactly what they need. Feel free to message us for the link! Power Outage Advisory: Camiguin, like many island destinations, occasionally experiences power outages. We currently do not have a generator, but we have solar lights, & rechargeable fans for each room to help ease discomfort during these times. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our guests’ experience. Island life comes with its quirks, but we do our best to keep you comfortable throughout your stay.
