Private room in a recently renovated apartment surrounded by the Marche hills. Excellent solution for those who need a base for those who work seasonally in Senigallia and neighboring areas. The apartment, located on the raised ground floor, consists of a shared kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms, one of which belongs to the owner, an outdoor courtyard with a garden and free private parking. The space The room is equipped with a single bed, smart TV, desk and wardrobe, overlooking the outdoor courtyard. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the owner (they are not always at home, due to work, so you will have your privacy safely). Two cats also live in the house, accustomed to people, so the reservation should be evaluated in case of allergies. Guest access You can use the kitchen and refrigerator (in the designated spaces) for meals at your leisure, the only thing I ask is that you clean the countertops.
