The pool is not heated regularly. There is a pool heater which can be used for $100 per day. Guests must let us know ahead of time if they would like to use the heater, this will get charged through AirBnB. All three TV's have and Roku and YouTube premium. Bring in your log ins to access streaming accounts. Salt water pool dimensions: 18 x 33 Depth is 3 ft to 12 ft (no diving is allowed) Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Bedroom 4 - 3 twin bunk beds: upper and lower bunk as well as lower pull out. 2 Full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Garage is not for guest use. The detached barn on the property is locked and not for guest use. The pond on the property is not for use, no swimming, bathing, fishing or any use of the pond. Other things to note Guests must provide an email address and sign our rental agreement which includes a pool waiver and agree to house rules and off-limit areas of the property (pond & barn).
