It has a perfect location in Coral Gables and is close to world-class shopping and dining. It is minutes from Publix, ten minutes from Shops at Merrick Park, five minutes from Granada Golf Club, 30 minutes from South Beach, and 20 minutes from Miami International Airport. Perfect for long stays! The space The neighborhood is a dream—you'll see ducks in the garden all the time! The shops are just minutes away, and this house is perfect for shopping trips. The children's hospital is only five blocks away. Welcome to your brand new home! Everything in this house is brand new and has never been used. The spacious kitchen is open and integrated with the social areas. It features a large dining table that comfortably seats seven people. The living area has a 60-inch TV. The layout is as follows: * Upon entering to the right is the Master bedroom, which features a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. From the master bathroom, you can access the laundry area (with a washer and dryer) by going down a few steps. * To the left, upon entering the house, you'll first find the open-plan social area with the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Further down the hall is a shared bathroom for the two guest bedrooms. * One of the guest bedrooms has two twin beds. * The other guest bedroom has a Full-size bed with an additional twin trundle bed. The house boasts gardens and a patio where you can watch the birds. (Please remember that patio furniture is unavailable, but we will purchase it soon.) The Master and twin bedrooms each have a new 50-inch Fire TV. Beautiful blinds throughout the house ensure a restful sleep. Other things to note Important Information Before Booking: Pre-Arrival Information (Questionnaire): To finalize your booking, please provide the following information: 1. Guests: Number of guests, full names, ages. 2. Vehicle: Make and model of your car. 3. Arrival & Departure: Estimated arrival time (ETA) and estimated departure time (ETD). 4. Purpose of Visit: Briefly state the reason for your stay. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please note the following house rules: Registered Guests Only: The property is open to guests included in the reservation only. Visitors are strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: For the consideration of neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10:00 PM. Loud music or excessive noise is prohibited and may result in a $500 fine. No Indoor Smoking: Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the property and will incur a $500 fine. Please only smoke cigarettes outdoors and make sure the house door is closed. Designated Parking: Please park only in the two driveways directly in front of the house to avoid issues with neighbors and potential towing. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage are not available. Unauthorized Guests: Any undeclared guests will incur a penalty of $100 per guest. Trash Disposal: Guests are required to take all trash and recyclables to the designated bins on the side of the house by the patio. If trash is left inside the property, a $100 fine will be applied. Kitchen Cleanliness: Please wash all dishes, pots, and pans and return them to their original storage locations. The dishwasher is available for your use. A $100 fine will be charged for any unwashed items left in the kitchen. Damages and Missing Items: Please inform the host immediately of any accidental damage or missing items. Failure to do so may result in a charge equivalent to the replacement cost plus a $50 inconvenience fee. Linens and Towels: Do not remove sheets, blankets, or towels. Our housekeeper will clean them. Lost Items: Please double-check for your belongings before departure. We can hold lost items for two days, but we cannot ship them. Door and AC: Please keep the house door closed to prevent damage to the AC unit. Leaving the door open will result in a $100 fine plus the cost of any AC repairs. Housekeeper Communication: Our housekeeper would appreciate knowing your estimated departure time (ETD) via the Airbnb chat to help her plan her cleaning schedule.
