Flat 2/4 inside the village of Praia do Forte

My Flat is inside the village 2 blocks from the main street of Praia do Forte where the shops, bars and restaurants are and a few minutes walk from Lord's beach, the main beach of PF. You can do everything on foot. Duplex apartment on the 1st floor (2 flights of stairs) with 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite), both with air-conditioning, an American kitchen, living room, balcony. Solar Água Forte Condominium on Rua do Peixe Espada. Parking space available from the 15th to the 30th of the month. The space 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 suite on the upper floor with a double bed and 1 bedroom on the lower floor with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (twin beds). American kitchen with countertop with 2 high benches, stove, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, blender and general utensils. Living room with dining table, 4 chairs, double sofa bed, SKY TV antenna (Smart package included). Balcony with 1 table and 3 chairs. Guest access Location is the strong point of our flat, on Rua do Peixe Espada, 2 blocks from the main street and a few minutes walk from the beach. You don't need a car to get around. We do not have a receptionist, but access is via intercom with an electronic lock activated by the intercom. We do not have a swimming pool or social infrastructure. The flat has a parking lot with 4 spaces, each space being divided by 2 apartments. Our apartment (number 7) is entitled to use the space from the 15th to the 31st of each month. Guests outside this period will have to park in the Blue Zone spaces available on the street of the flat. We will refund the amount corresponding to 1 car for the rental period, upon presentation of proof of payment. Other things to note For the New Year's Eve and Carnival period, availability is blocked for negotiation according to demand. Make an inquiry. We accept reservations of at least 2 nights. We charge an extra 500.00 cleaning and energy fee for stays of up to 4 days.
