Cubs Mountain Cabin

For Rent is a comfy little Mountain cabin with beautiful views of the Indian Mountain peaks, located next to the Bark Ranch. The cabin is completely private with own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and full size bed. You will find that the cabin offers everything you need for a short or long term stay, from kitchen utensils, stove, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, bed linnens, towels etc. The cabins windows are facing west, for a beautiful view of the sun setting between the mountain tops. The space This property has a total of 40 acres nested right next to national Forest, there are lots of little trails on property and public trails like Saint Vrain Trail close by. The cabin is a side building to the main building, completly private with own entrance small kitchen and bathroom (Studio set up). We are located about 15 min from Jamestown and 35min from Boulder. Estes Park is about 40min from here and so is Nederland, both great places to visit. In the Wintertime this Property turns into winter wonder land, the roads get plowed on a daily basis (During heavy snowfall it might take a little longer in the morning for the city to get everything plowed. During the winter months a 4 wheel drive vehicle is a must, during the summer months you won't have issues making it here with mostly any vehicle. (Last 2 miles is a dirt road) Guest access You will have access to the complete cabin and it’s private patio area with picnic table as shown on pictures, the main building next to the cabin you won't have access to. You will have access to walk trails on property, just the area with the wooden stairs behind the main building is private. Other things to note In case you are bringing a pet with you please be advised that I do have a weight limit for pets of 45lbs, all pets must be registered. Registration Details STR-24-0027
