Out of consideration for our neighbors, please refrain from loud conversations or activities outdoors. ・ To prevent noise, some of the windows on the east and west sides facing neighboring houses are locked and cannot be opened or closed (other windows, ventilation fans, and 24-hour ventilation in the bathroom provide sufficient ventilation). 🌙 For guests arriving late at night (if using the train) ・ This area is safe and secure, but the path from the nearest station, Chikuhara-Fukae Station, to the villa (about a 5-minute walk) is dark at night with few street lights. For your safety, please use your smartphone's light, etc. Also, please be especially mindful of noise at night. 🚉 About the surroundings and nature ・ Train noise: Because the station and railroad are close (about 100 m), you may hear the sound of the train. ・ Road traffic noise: Because the main arterial road is close (about 50 m), you may hear the noise of trucks and other vehicles driving by. - Rich nature and swallow nests: Because it is a natural environment, insects such as mosquitoes and spiders may enter the room. Also, swallows may build nests on the eaves from spring to summer. We warmly look after them as a symbol of Itoshima, but there may be droppings, etc. around the entrance. We appreciate your understanding in advance. ⚡ About the use of electrical equipment - For safety reasons, if multiple electrical appliances with high power consumption, such as the air conditioner, microwave, and hair dryer, are used simultaneously, there may be a power outage. Please be aware. 🚭 House Rules and various costs - Absolutely no smoking: Smoking is completely prohibited inside the building and on the property. If smoking (including bringing in or littering cigarette butts) is confirmed, we will charge 50,000 yen as a special cleaning fee. ・ Do not bring out or take home the equipment: Bath towels, face towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc. are all equipment. Taking them out when you go out or taking them home is strictly prohibited. ・ Loss, damage, staining: We will charge a repair fee if we find that equipment is lost or damaged, and an additional cleaning fee if there is excessive staining or improper use. - Compliance with capacity: If we find that the number of guests exceeds the number booked, we will charge an additional fee of 10,000 yen per person. - Pets: No pets allowed. ・ About garbage: Please be sure to take large garbage such as suitcases home with you, as it cannot be disposed of. 🧳 Forgotten items and cancellations - Forgotten items: The storage period is 1 week. If you wish to have it returned by mail, you will be charged 2,500 yen as a processing fee in addition to the shipping cost. ・ Cancellation: Please contact us for same-day cancellations.
