We welcome you to an air-conditioned accommodation of approximately 33 m² (Carrez Law, ceiling height greater than 1.80 m), a carefully furnished outbuilding designed to offer comfort and tranquility. The home has a cozy bedroom, a bright living room with a kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The grounds are shared with the owner's house, but your privacy is fully respected: no view of your home. You will enjoy a peaceful stay in complete independence. 🛋️ Living Room A modular corner sofa, which turns into a spacious bed (190 x 190 cm), awaits you for your moments of relaxation. 📺 A flatscreen connected TV with Netflix and Prime Video included for your movie nights. ℹ️ Press the “🏠” button on the remote control to access the main menu and the apps you want. Access traditional French channels via Prime > Live TV > French channels (or others, if you like) 🍽️ Kitchen area Functional and well-equipped, it includes: Induction plate, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, kettle, toaster, utensils, pans, dishes and wine and water glasses Basic condiments: salt, pepper, sugar, oil, aromatic vinegar 🍴 A 75 x 75 cm table with 4 chairs completes the space for friendly meals. 🛌 Bedroom The upstairs bedroom offers you a comfortable bed (160 x 200 cm), storage space and a desk suitable for remote work. 🌌 A roof window lets you sleep under the stars… 👶 Baby cot (0–3 yrs) is available free of charge upon request. 🚿 Bathroom Modern and convenient, it includes a walk-in shower, with towels and shower gel provided for your comfort. ☂️ Veranda A nice space, furnished with a round table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining. An ashtray is also available. 🧺👚A laundromat that has a washer and dryer is available in the house . If you need to use it, please let us know so that we can make the room accessible to you.
