Message us anytime — we're happy to help. Guest access Guests have use of the entire home, with the exception of 2 basement bedrooms and a locked owner's closet off of the kitchen. Other things to note CAMERAS: We have outdoor security cameras located on the back and front porch, and monitoring a side door. Cameras are motion activated and record audio and video. They are infrequently monitored. Because we are required to keep a strict occupancy of 6 guests, please note that the 3 basement bedrooms are locked off and not accessible to guests. The 2 bedrooms upstairs and the first-floor bedroom are available for guest use. BUGS: While there may be few harmless insects that get through our defenses and into the cabin, it is regularly treated to minimize the presence of spiders, mosquitoes, ticks, and other insects. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
