Guest access The unit is located on the third floor of building and only accessible by stairs. Check in is contactless with a keypad lock. A code will be given the day of check in. This unit has two reserved parking spaces in our parking lot. Other things to note House Rules & Notes To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors, please note the following: No Parties or Events: This home maintains a strict no-party policy. Gatherings are limited to four people at any time, and quiet hours begin at 11pm. No Pets: Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered Service Animals. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fee. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited and will incur a additional cleaning fee to remove the smell.
