🏠 Welcome to our cozy home, perfect for a stay with family or friends. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children in a pleasant setting. House located in the center of the village of Lombard, 4 km from Quingey and 8 km from Arc et Senans (La Saline Royale). 25 km from Besançon and Arbois. 🌿 The space House with equipped kitchen and separate living room accommodating up to 8 guests. Bathroom with separate toilet. 3 bedrooms: One bedroom with double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed communicating with the children's room composed of 4 single beds. 🔑 Self check-in via lockbox: You will find the instructions in the check-in guide and by email 48 hours before your arrival. ❗️Bathroom linens are not provided. Bed linens are included. ♿️ Accessibility: Many stairs not suitable for people with disabilities. 👶 For babies: crib, high chair and bathtub on request. 🌿 Outdoors: garden with charcoal barbecue (charcoal and fire starter not provided), clothesline and ping pong table. 📌 Access to the grounds The area at your disposal is the space in front of the front door, up to the clothesline on the left. The rest of the grounds and the yard are private. ❗️Situation: Unfenced house near the road. 🐶 Only one pet is allowed per stay. A surcharge of €20 is to be paid before check-in. The presence of a pet must be reported at the time of booking (in which case, you may be charged an additional fee, even after your arrival at the property). Guest access The house is completely independent and adjoining the owners' house, it has a separate entrance guaranteeing the autonomy of the guests.
