🏠 Welcome to our cozy home, perfect for a stay with family or friends. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children in a pleasant setting. House located in the center of the village of Lombard, 4 km from Quingey and 8 km from Arc et Senans (La Saline Royale). 25 km from Besançon and Arbois. 🌿 The space House with equipped kitchen and separate living room accommodating up to 8 guests. Bathroom with separate toilet. 3 bedrooms: One bedroom with double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed communicating with the children's room composed of 4 single beds. ❗️Bathroom linens are not provided. Bed linens are included. ♿️ Accessibility: Many stairs not suitable for people with disabilities. 👶 For babies: crib, high chair and bathtub on request. 🌿 Outdoors: garden with charcoal barbecue (charcoal and fire starter not provided), clothesline and ping pong table. ❗️Situation: Unfenced house near the road. 🐶 Only one pet is allowed per stay. A surcharge of €20 is to be paid before check-in. The presence of the pet must be reported at the time of booking. Guest access The house is completely independent and adjoining the owners' house, it has a separate entrance guaranteeing the autonomy of the guests.
