This stunning villa set on a fabulous plot, is perfect for your family holiday! With 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a heated pool and fast internet, Casa Zeus has absolutely everything you could possibly want for a perfect stay! The kitchen is large and fully equipped with an oven and hob and the house has a great addition of a roof terrace with amazing views. The villa and terrace are surrounded by well established and perfectly maintained gardens and has a private driveway for your comfort. The space The entrance hall leads to a large lounge/dining area with plenty of seating and a fully equipped kitchen. From the lounge, patio doors lead you to a large terrace with seating areas, sunbeds and a heated pool: Winter months October - March 27-29°C Summer months April - September 25°C-27°C From the patio area you can access all areas of the garden and the roof terrace with mini gym. There is also a BBQ. From the entrance you find access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bathroom is fully equipped with bath and shower. The first bedroom has 2 single beds. The next bedroom has a double bed (150cm), fitted wardrobes plus direct access to the patio. The third bedroom has a double bed (150cm) , fitted wardrobes and direct access to the patio. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with shower and double sink unit, a large double bed (180cm) and direct access to the patio. There are fitted wardrobes. The private driveway is gated and has room for 2 cars. There is also a pedestrian access gate. Guest access The whole house is for guest use Other things to note The house is situated in a residential area, no parties allowed. All guests must supply passport/ID details, telephone number and a home address for their registration with the local authorities as requested.
