Welcome to our stylish apartment on the beautiful Pikmeer, right in the heart of Grou! The ideal base for an unforgettable vacation in water-rich Friesland. After a day on the water or other parts of Friesland, you can relax at one of the cozy restaurants in the area, complete with spacious terraces and beautiful views. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible through a private entrance, which provides extra privacy and convenience. The cozy living room offers a breathtaking, almost 180-degree view of the beautiful Pikmeer – a place to relax, read or simply enjoy the surroundings. Thanks to the underfloor heating and air conditioning, it is comfortable to stay here all year round. In the bedroom, you will wake up overlooking the lake. The comfortable double bed ensures a wonderful night's sleep. For extra sleeping space, there is an attractive loft with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), accessible via an extendable miller's staircase – ideal for 1 or 2 older children. The modern bathroom is fully equipped: a walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and a practical washer-dryer combination. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, Quooker, coffee maker, fridge, combi microwave and dishwasher. Would you rather eat out? No problem - you are right in the cozy center of Grou, with several restaurants within walking distance. Favorite among many: Het Theehuis, with a spacious terrace directly on the water, right next to the apartment. Finally, the apartment has a private balcony overlooking the harbor and part of the Pikmeer – the perfect place to end the day with a drink. Guest access The private parking lot, which is closed by the gate, can be used by our guests. Other things to note Bedding and towels are included.
