Due to its location (at the end of a cul-de-sac) the property is very quiet. Once the gate is crossed, it is a haven of peace that will welcome you and many ways to entertain you: 5x10 salt pool, giant trampoline, cabin in the plane tree, billiards, piano and foosball. You will not be isolated: shops are within walking distance in the neighborhood and the city center is a 20-minute walk away. Another great quality of the house is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The space In the old part of the farmhouse are, on the ground floor, the living room/billiard room/dining room, the kitchen and the back kitchen. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms. 2 studios are adjoining the house on the east side. And finally, in the plane tree, a beautiful cabin with 4 bunk beds that can accommodate 6 children or 5 adults. The bathroom facilities of this cabin are in the stone shed below. There is no air conditioning but VLux, skylight and fans make you feel good. A small trailer can also accommodate 3 people. Summary: In the trailer there is a 140 cm bed and a 1 person bench so 3 people max; In the Cabin, 5 adults or 6 young people (from 8 years old because the staircase is steep and the Cabin is 6 meters from the ground) because above the 140 cm bed there is a beam against which you can bump; La Glycine: 1 140 cm bed. The Barn: A 160 cm bed + a sofa bed for 1 person On the first floor; West room: a double sofa bed; East Bedroom: A 160 bed. The foosball room is now called "The middle room" because the foosball table was moved down to the living room. It can accommodate one person in a 110 cm bed. Guest access Although the neighborhood is quiet, you will not be isolated: shops are within walking distance in the neighborhood and the city center is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. Parking is available inside the property or in the turn of the cul-de-sac for free. Other things to note This house is for up to 16 people, including the 6 people who will sleep in the cabin. In case of bad weather, the occupants of the cabin can fall back on the mezzanines of the house. My 4 cats are part of the furniture. I will ask you to give them food and drink and water the few plants that are on the terrace. This property is in a residential area. Please respect the peace and quiet of all.
