The villa also offers a cozy and spacious interior, perfect for enjoying with family or friends. In the common areas, you will find a bright living room with TV, a dining room that seats 12 people and views of nature, plus a fully equipped American-style island kitchen. In the second sector, there are the rooms, all bright and comfortable, each with a private bathroom and ceiling fan. The distribution of the rooms is as follows: •⁠ ⁠2 bedrooms each with three single beds and an extra bed. •⁠ ⁠2 bedrooms with a semi-double bed, two single beds and an auxiliary bed. In addition, sets of sheets, towels and everything you need for your comfort are provided. Other things to note 1. Accommodation: The house has four very spacious rooms with private bathrooms, each equipped with a semi-double bed, two single beds and an auxiliary bed. The rooms are made available according to the number of guests: * Groups of up to 6 people: 2 rooms are made available. * Groups of 9 to 10 people: 3 rooms are allocated. * Groups of more than 10 people: all 4 rooms are made available. Maximum capacity of the house is 15 people. 2. Additional services: •⁠ ⁠Cooking service: You can hire a cook to prepare delicious meals during your stay. – The cost is 90,000 COP/day for groups of up to 12 people. – For more than 12 people, a kitchen assistant is required, at a total cost of 160,000 COP/day. This service must be contracted in advance and paid for through the platform. •⁠ ⁠Housekeeping during your stay: You can also hire a person to clean the common areas and rooms, as the guests see fit. The cost is 70,000 COP/day. Please note that the cleaning fee charged by Airbnb covers the preparation of the house prior to your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The cleaning assistant service covers only the cleaning tasks during your stay. Pet-Friendly Stay: Pets are welcome! Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee of 50,000 COP per stay. Important rates and rules: •⁠ ⁠The base rate covers a group of up to 8 people. From the 9th person, there is a charge of 75,000 COP/person/night (maximum 15 people). •⁠ ⁠No glass objects, such as glasses or bottles, may be taken to the pool. •⁠ ⁠Pets: They are not allowed to sleep on the beds or swim in the pool. Remember to pick up their waste. •⁠ ⁠Family bonding events are allowed within the property; however, celebrations that generate excessive noise or disturb the tranquility of the surroundings are not allowed. Also, in compliance with the rules of coexistence of the place, no loud music is allowed after 11:00 PM.
