Quality mattresses, beautiful linen, numerous pillows, extra blankets and built in mirrored wardrobes. 6 single roll away beds and 2 single sofa beds are made up, as booked, for bookings over 8 guests - 2 spacious, fully equipped bathrooms with quality towels and toiletries - 2 fully equipped laundry areas - A fully covered balcony on the upper level with outdoor dining setting - 2 private, secured sundecks with outdoor dining settings - Beautiful established gardens that provide privacy and a leafy green outlook - Secure off-street parking for up to 8 vehicles Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. The garage, garden shed and hallway cupboards are not available for guest use. Other things to note Our standard bedding configuration of 2 king size and 4 long single beds accommodates 8 guests (8 guests in 6 beds). If you require individual beds for your group, additional full size single rollaway beds can be provided for $25 per bed per night.
