Large house with pool

Our house is located in a very quiet residential area 10 km from Lyon. We are close to all amenities. The house is very nice, lots of space and safe with children, the pool makes everyone happy. Many hikes nearby, close to the beautiful city of Lyon, Beaujolais. Many places to visit within a 2-hour drive. The space I rent our family home located in Limonest, 10 km north of Lyon. The neighbors are not very close and have no view of the house, garden and pool. House for 10 people with private swimming pool. Beautiful view of the Lyon mountains. Beautiful sunsets from the terrace facing the pool. 5 large bedrooms (2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 upstairs) + 1 large mezzanine overlooking the living room, 1 bathroom with shower (ground floor), 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet (upstairs), 1 separate toilet with sink (ground floor). Possibility of 1 baby bed and 1 high chair. Fully equipped closed kitchen overlooking the garden. Living/dining room opens onto a large terrace equipped with garden furniture, 1 table for eating meals and 1 barbecue. Outdoor brazier. Large parasols. The 4.5 x 10 m (salt) pool is secured by a barrier and a lockable door. Sunbathing on the pool beach. Large, very pleasant, perfectly enclosed garden, ideal with children. In the garden you will find a large trampoline, swings, a slide, a sandbox, a ping pong table. There is a chicken coop behind the house with 4 hens giving you eggs regularly, if everything goes well. No noise or odor pollution. No maintenance required, someone will come by once a week. There are many nearby visits (I leave a binder well stocked with various proposals and ideas). Lyon, Beaujolais, Mont du Lyonnais... Hiking and mountain biking trails in the Monts d'Or, 2 steps from the house. A little further: Auvergne Volcanoes, the Alps, Ardèche, Drôme... Small shops in the village (within 1 km): 3 bakeries, butcher shop, supermarket, halls, wine cellar, hairdressers, banks, pharmacy, 4 restaurants. Many large supermarkets 1 km away (Auchan, Decathlon, Grand Frais, Gifi...) Our house is ideal for 1 or 2 families with or without children, to spend a relaxing vacation in peace close to a big city with a lot of potential. Linen not provided. Minimum 4-day rental.
