Guest access All non-closed areas of the property are for use. Access is completely automatic via our smart key boxes. Everything about this is also in the guest book, which you have already received. You will also fill out a form before check-in. This is to ensure our legal obligations. Other things to note To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, moisture and smoke detection is installed in the apartment. An air cooler fan with water cooling and air humidification is available for warm days — for a noticeably fresh, pleasant air flow. The washer and dryer are located in the private garage and can be used if necessary after a brief agreement with us. Pets are welcome with us! 🐾 For the additional cleaning and care work, we charge a fee of €10 per pet per night. This will be added later in the booking process. For reservations of 9 nights or more, a fee-based interim cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. The cleaning services are billed via the check-in portal and scheduled in coordination with you. The city of Trier's tourist tax is paid via the check-in portal.
