The property offers unobstructed views of the ocean from every floor. You can walk down to the clubhouse and enjoy the pool or make your way down to the private beach. The space This spacious 4,000 sq ft home welcomes you. As you enter, you’ll arrive on the middle floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a dining area, a half bathroom, and access to a patio that leads to the backyard. The living room has a 60-inch smart TV, along with board games and fun activities for all ages. The dining table comfortably seats 8, with an additional bar area that accommodates 5 more. The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, and all the cooking and dining essentials you might need. Downstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and closet space, along with a futon in the hallway for additional sleeping arrangements. Bedroom #2: Features a king-size bed, double-sink bathroom with a standing shower, blackout curtains, and breathtaking ocean views. Sliding doors open directly to the backyard. Bedroom #3: Offers a queen-size bed, full bathroom with stand-up shower, 48-inch TV with Roku, and beautiful views of the ocean and backyard. This room also has sliding doors that open straight to the outdoor space. Bedroom #4: Includes two twin beds, sliding doors to a small patio, and a full bathroom with a standing shower. Top Floor – Master Bedroom: Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious master suite featuring a king-size bed, 55-inch smart TV, sitting area, large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a standing shower, and a separate bathtub. The private balcony includes two lounge chairs and offers stunning views of the ocean. Guest access The beach directly in front of the property is private; however, please note that it is a pebbled rock beach. Swimming is not recommended due to potentially rough waters, and there is no lifeguard on duty. For a safer swimming option, guests are welcome to use the community Pool House, though it is also unsupervised and does not have a lifeguard on site. Other things to note * No parties or events are permitted on the property or community complex * Up to two small dogs allowed (20 lbs or less) for an additional $25 per night per pet.
