Charmant bungalow !

The bungalow is located on our 3000 m² property. For 2 people only. Shared swimming pool (unheated) uncovered from May to September. Essentials provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, soap...) The bungalow is located at the entrance to the pretty lively village of Mézin, at the tip of the Lot et Garonne, bordering the Gers and Landes. The shops in the center are within walking distance (bakery, wine cellar, restaurant, pharmacy...). The space 18 m², recently furnished with care and air-conditioned. The bungalow consists of a sleeping area with an electric bed comprising 2 independent 70 cm mattresses (sheets provided), 2 pillows, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, electrical and USB outlets, and a wardrobe with hangers. A fully equipped kitchenette: sink, fridge, stove, microwave, a bar table, 2 stools and everything you need to cook (salt, pepper, oils, dish towel provided). Kettle with instant coffee and tea bags. A bathroom area with shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer (towels and shower mat provided). Outdoor terrace. Pool shared with the host, as well as the yard and garden. Wi-Fi Guests will be able to park their car inside. Quiet and secure environment. Pets not allowed. Other things to note We are happy to welcome cyclists (bikes can be stored in our garage). No self check-in, in-person check-in. In order to avoid any tobacco smell, we prefer to host non-smokers. RATE: We charge €60 per night, to which we add a cleaning fee: €10 for 1 or 2 nights, €20 for 3 nights or more. What you pay extra are Airbnb's fees and the occupancy tax. SECURITY DEPOSIT: If you don't have a verified profile and Airbnb reviews, you'll be asked for a €400 deposit check upon arrival. This check will not be cashed and will be returned upon departure after the outgoing inventory.
