Chez Renée, typical Berrichonne farmhouse renovated with taste and charm of the old. You will find the typical floors and the charm of the beams. In the house, you will find the comfort of modernity with premium sleeping arrangements. Located in the Brenne Regional Nature Park, the farm is in a real green lung. The courtyard is fully fenced. A shared playground is available for children, as well as a petanque court. The space The house includes a large kitchen, a living room with a desk area, a bathroom, a toilet, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, and a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. The bedding is premium. 140 cm daybed in the living room that offers the possibility of two additional beds, making a total capacity of 6 people (and a baby, with a folding crib + mattress available). For babies: highchair and bath available. There is a TV in each bedroom, in the living room, and in the kitchen. Fiber optics internet. Linens are provided free of charge (household linen, bath towels and bed linen). Washing machine available in the kitchen. The basic necessities are at your disposal. Air-conditioned accommodation. We may not be there to welcome you when you arrive; the keys will be placed in a lockbox. The code is sent to you before your arrival. Please note: We are in the countryside. This accommodation is for nature- and animal lovers. You will stay in a building that is over 200 years old with all the charm that comes with it. Animals live around the cottage (donkey, sheep, pony, chickens). Please be careful if you have dogs. In addition, we are sensitive to the environment, living in a special place, and you will be asked to be mindful of electricity, heating, air conditioning and water consumption. We are counting on you not to misuse them. Please pick up the droppings. Our cats live around the farm, they can come to see you (very sociable), please be careful to avoid injuries. You will be charged for any damage caused in the house.
