This fully independent 70 m² house is the ideal place for a quiet getaway. We have lovingly restored it and now offer it to you for your tourist or business stays, for solo travellers, couples or families. Accessed by an outside staircase, you will be greeted by a pleasant terrace, ideal for relaxing in the open air or sharing a convivial meal. The entrance leads to a light-filled room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge and a laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron for added convenience. There's also a study area for working or relaxing, and the high-speed fibre Wi-Fi connection means you can stay connected without worry. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms. The first has a double bed (160x200), while the second has two single beds that can be converted into a large double bed on request. There is also a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Guest access We will usually be on hand to welcome you, but for greater flexibility you can also arrive independently using a secure key box. There are a few parking spaces close to the accommodation and a large free car park 150 metres away. Other things to note Linen included (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) for stays of 2 nights or more. For a one-night stay, linen can be provided on request at the time of booking, with a supplement to be calculated according to the number of occupants. Cleaning: The accommodation must be left clean on your departure. If you prefer not to, a cleaning charge of €30 is available. Outside smoking area: An ashtray is available on the terrace.
