Luxury 5BR/5BA, Pools and View

Luxurious and updated 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home offers amazing views, a pool, spa (4hrs/dy summer or 2hrs/dy winter) and great indoor-outdoor space. We are unable to accommodate large events/parties or any unregistered overnight guests (10 max)- No exceptions -ALL inquiries of this type will be automatically declined. Well-stocked gourmet kitchen and 2 dining areas inside home Expansive outdoor space - multiple seating areas Adjoining but separate in-law with its own driveway owner occupied. The space There are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 full baths. Every room has an amazing view of Mt Diablo or Las Trampas. Everything has been updated within the last 10 years. There is a oversized pool and a hot tub and plenty of indoor and outdoor dining. The bedrooms are large in size, there are two masters and two with king beds, two with queens and one with a full. 4 of the bedrooms have attached private bathrooms. There is a formal dining room and a large dining area in the kitchen. The outside has a barbecue by the pool. We are close to lots of great hiking and mountain biking trails and you can be to SF or Napa within an hour. The house is in a quiet setting with amazing views of Mt Diablo and Las Trampas. Main house has access to pool and backyard for barbecue and dining. There is an in law unit at back of the house occupied by family member with drive access to different road and fence between the two houses. Guest access You will have access to about 1/2 +acre and the entire house. There is a separate in law with a separate address and driveway where the hosts reside so this is a hosted property but completely private. Other things to note The pool has a safety cover, the hot tub does not so this house is not suitable for children who are not swim safe. There is a long pathway to the house and some steps to enter. This is not a party house and exceptions will not be made, any parties will be shut down immediately. Please no requests for steep discounts for marketing perks or local stays. All guests must be part of the register and only registered guests are allowed on the property during overnight stays. Guests for dinner and not overnight - confirm ahead of time in the app and list them. We maintain gardens and various plants around the property. Guests with known allergies or sensitivities to bees, pollen, or other environmental allergens acknowledge that the property includes active gardens and assume responsibility for determining whether the environment is suitable for them prior to booking.
