The Jasmin Gîte, located in the old outbuildings of the Logis, a 15th century building, welcomes you to the heart of the Charente countryside, between vineyards, rivers and typical villages. The space The Jasmin Gîte opens its doors to you in a spacious, bright and peaceful setting. With its 125 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, and is perfect for families or friends looking for relaxation, comfort and escape. Upon arrival, you will be seduced by the large warm living room, where a cozy living room with sofa, a television with French and English channels awaits you... and above all, a small fireplace that adds a soft and comforting atmosphere for the cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook easily during your stay. It includes an induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary dishes and utensils. A dining area welcomes you to share delicious meals in a friendly atmosphere. The cottage has three tastefully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom offers garden views and a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The second, facing the Charente countryside, offers two single beds (80 x 200 cm). The third bedroom, also overlooking the countryside, is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Bed linen is provided, and each room has a wardrobe and bedside tables for optimal comfort. On the bathroom side, you will find two well-designed spaces, each with shower, vanity, toilet. A bathtub is also available for your moments of relaxation. Towels are provided. Outside, a large private terrace awaits you with garden furniture and parasol. It's the perfect place to dine outdoors or enjoy a coffee in the sun, surrounded by calm and greenery. When staying at Gîte Jasmin, you also enjoy the common areas of the estate. A heated outdoor pool is accessible from the end of May, as well as a games room with foosball, billiards and darts, and a gym equipped with fitness equipment. !!!
