Perfect for a small or large break! The space Welcome! 🌻 In front of the apartment there is a private free parking space and enough storage space for bicycles or the like. The quiet apartment can be reached through its own entrance. Upstairs are two bedrooms with 180 x 200 double beds and enough storage space for suitcases and clothes, as well as a bathroom (toilet) with washing machine. In the basement there is another bathroom, here is the shower. The large living/dining area invites you to cook extensively and relax together. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more – microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils, etc. A large sofa is available for relaxing - for quiet reading hours or a cozy evening on TV. The large outdoor area around the house and the sun terrace offer plenty of space to unwind. From morning to evening, the apartment is wonderfully flooded with light. Wake up with the morning sun and fall asleep with the fabulous sunset over the lake. The apartment was partially renovated in 2025, completely newly furnished and designed with much love. Other things to note €2/person/night (low season €1.50) is charged as a tourist tax on site, but you get the Bodenseecard West. There is currently no stair protection for children.
