The open plan living room & kitchen is a cosy area equipped with everything you should need for your stay such as a 42” plasma TV with Netflix, a 3 seater settee (that can be made up as a single bed - see photos) & a round extendable dining table with 4 chairs, whilst the kitchen boasts an under-counter fridge with a small freezer compartment, electric cooker with oven, grill & hobs, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery, crockery & glassware as well as a washing machine / drier & a fold out small double bed for an additional guest or couple (see photos) The bedroom boasts a super king size bed with a TV (with Apple TV & Netflix) fully fitted wardrobes, a filing cabinet which houses a small fridge with a small freezer compartment, an iron & a fold out ironing board whilst there is also a desk. The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling & boasts electric underfloor heating, a corner airbath (similar to a jacuzzi but far more hygienic) with LED lighting, a separate shower cubicle & a TV (again with Apple TV & Netflix) PLEASE DO NOTE THAT FOR 1-2 GUESTS THE BED PROVIDED WILL BE THE SUPER KING SIZED ONE SHOWN IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS, WHILST FOR 3 GUESTS AND TO SAVE ROOM, THE SETTEE WILL BE MADE UP AS A SECOND BED,. HOWEVER, FOR 4 GUESTS THE SETTEE WILL NOT BE MADE UP BUT INSTEAD A SMALL DOUBLE FOLD AWAY GUEST BED FOR WILL BE MADE UP FOR GUESTS 3 & 4 TO SHARE. FOR 5 GUESTS THE THREE ABOVE MENTIONED BEDS WILL BE MADE UP. SHOULD TWO GUESTS BE STAYING BUT WERE IN NEED OF TWO SEPARATE BEDS THEN IT WOULD BE ADVISABLE TO MAKE THE BOOKING FOR THREE GUESTS SO THAT THE SUPER KING SIZED BED AND THE SETTEE WOULD BE MADE UP. LIKEWISE, SHOULD THREE GUESTS BE STAYING BUT WERE IN NEED OF THREE SEPARATE BEDS THEN IT WOULD BE ADVISABLE TO MAKE THE BOOKING FOR FIVE GUESTS SO THAT THE SUPER KING SIZED BED, THE SETTEE AND THE SMALL DOUBLE FOLD AWAY GUEST BED WOULD BE MADE UP. IN THE EVENT THAT GUESTS WOULD PREFER ADDITIONAL GUEST BEDS SO THAT MORE GUESTS COULD HAVE THEIR OWN BEDS THEN ADDITIONAL FOLD AWAY GUESTS BEDS (SINGLE & SMALL DOUBLES) CAN BE PROVIDED @ AN ADDITIONAL COST OF £15 PER SINGLE BED & £20 PER SMALL DOUBLE BED WHICH BASICALLY COVERS THE ADDITIONAL WORK INVOLVED IN SETTING THE ROOM UP & FOR THE ADDITIONAL WASHING REQUIRED. ALL BEDS ARE PROVIDED WITH FRESH BEDDING & EACH GUEST IS PROVIDED WITH A BATH SHEET TO USE WHEN SHOWERING.
