Cozy apartment in Bad Belzig

Our cozy apartment is located a few minutes' walk from Bad Belzig train station and the historic town center. Thus, our house has both to offer: nature in the immediate vicinity and at the same time within walking distance of various cultural, leisure and shopping facilities. The lovingly furnished attic apartment offers everything you need to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and spend a relaxing time in the countryside! The space Apartment amenities: With around 90 square meters, the lovingly furnished attic apartment offers enough space for a large family or two couples. The apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed (1.80 & 1.40), a large living and dining room with fireplace, an open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. For additional sleeping places, both single mattresses and a crib can be provided. There is also a Bluetooth jukebox, a projector and a screen that guests can use for movie nights. There is a DVD player and a wide selection of DVDs on site. Of course, the projector can also be used with a notebook (not on site). Of course, we provide fresh bed linens and towels. Location: Our cozy apartment is located a few minutes' walk from Bad Belzig train station (RE7). The beautiful, historic town center is also a 10-minute walk. At the rear of the listed brick building is the railway line. On the front side, there is a wide view over fields and an orchard that belongs to the property and can also be used. Exterior: There are two other tenants in the house on the ground floor and first floor. The garden is shared. The apartment also has its own terrace with garden furniture. Directly opposite the apartment is our fruit meadow with swing, slide, stone oven, fireplace and plenty of space to let off steam, which can be used in consultation with my father, who lives locally. About us: We are a family from Berlin who have realized the dream of a retreat in the countryside with this apartment. Our main residence is in Berlin. We use the apartment ourselves on weekends or during the holidays. Therefore, everything you need for a relaxing weekend in the countryside is on site – including some personal items such as board games, children's toys, etc., which can be shared. The listed house ensemble has been in our family since 2009. My father Wolfgang (70) lives next to the apartment in a two-family home. He has renovated and expanded the houses himself over the years. He is always available if there are any questions or problems during the stay and is of course happy to answer any questions. Culture & leisure: Bad Belzig, located in the heart of the Hoher Fläming Nature Park, offers numerous leisure activities. Visit the Stein Therme for relaxing hours or explore the historic Eisenhardt Castle, which is only a three-minute walk from the apartment. Our house is located directly on the art hiking trail and leads you to impressive works of art in the middle of nature. The surroundings are great for hiking and biking. You can rent bicycles right at the train station. The Roger Loewig Museum in the immediate vicinity (1 minute walk) is definitely worth a visit. In addition, you can easily reach cities such as Dessau, Potsdam or Brandenburg an der Havel for day trips from here. Other things to note Laundry fee: Bed linen and towels can be booked at a fee of €15 per person. City Taxes Bad Belzig is a state-recognized health resort and thus entitled to levy a spa fee (tourist tax). This amounts to per night: a) Adults 1.50 euros b) Children 0 to 6 years free c) Children/adolescents 6 to 18 years 0.75 euros d) Spa clinic patients 1.00 euros When calculating the spa fee, the arrival and departure day count as one day. In the case of a family, a maximum of four persons will be charged for the spa fee fee. The visitor cards are available in the apartment for you to fill out. Upon presentation, you will also receive a discount, for example in the spa. Unfortunately, it is not possible to settle the visitor's tax via Airbnb.
