Each sunrise is accompanied by birdsong, perfect for enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the landscape. It has large spaces designed for your comfort and rest. Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends. The first bedroom is en suite, with a dressing room, queen sommier, storage space, windows with views and sunlight. The second bedroom has two single-and-a-half sommiers, storage furniture and an east-facing window that receives the first rays of the day. Both have a heater and air conditioning to enjoy comfort at any time of the year. The loft has a double bed and a single bed, both tatami style. It is used as a third bedroom, although being an open space without a door, it does not offer total privacy. Includes linens: set of sheets and towels for all guests. We have two full bathrooms, one en-suite and one shared, both comfortable and functional. The living room, kitchen and dining room are integrated into a spacious and bright environment, with large windows that connect with the gallery, pool and grill. The living room offers a comfortable leather sofa in front of the home, a 65'' smart TV with a football pack and Netflix. It also has a heater. The loft is in this space. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, French coffee maker and mocha, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, mini pimer, set of pots and complete dishes. On full moon nights, the moonrise is seen from the same place where the sun rises, giving a magical and unrepeatable moment. The property is a 10-minute drive from downtown. Other things to note Welcome to La Nativa, a family project created by four sisters born and raised in San Pedro. Our childhood was spent in the countryside, among trees, animals and a lot of freedom. In April 2025, we brought this space to life to share what we love: calm, nature, and simplicity. We want those who visit us to feel at home, in a warm environment surrounded by greenery.
