Also, you will have a private bathroom which is located in the hallway just outside the living spaces. Your Private living spaces has a smart tv with Netflix , comfortable workspace, and internet. Our place is keyless entry and is available for longer stays, it is perfect for military/government as well. The space Please be aware we live in the house with our two dogs. Also, you will have a private bathroom which is located in the hallway just outside the living spaces. Please be aware you are not renting the whole house. The dining room, kitchen( for light meals), the entry of the house and the hallways to the bedrooms are shared. All our guests will be provided a keyless entry code to enter our house. Please be aware that the main living room is for our use only ( main floor). Guests will have their own private living room upstairs. We uphold CDC approved cleaning methods and products to ensure that our home is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected between guess. The house is in the beautiful area of Cameron, North Carolina. It is close to Fort Bragg ( 8 miles ) , Linden Oaks housing ( 1.3 miles) Fayetteville, Pinehurst, Raleigh and two hours to all the nice beaches. The space you are renting is located on the top floor of our home. The entry of the house, kitchen ( for light meals), dinning room and the hallways to the bedrooms will be shared with us. Only paid Guests have access to the property. Please be aware that the main living room is for our use only ( main floor). Guests will have their own living room upstairs. The areas of our home are off limits -The garage, the 3 private bedrooms upstairs, back office, back yard and back deck are for our own personal and private use. During your stay We live in the house also we are available all the time for any questions by the Airbnb app. Other things to note We do live in this house with our two dogs .Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed .This is to ensure that the House Rules will be followed, by you and your family member or guess . No shoes within the house. - Quiet hours 10:30 pm to 6: 00 am -Please clean the Kitchen after you use it ( please don't leave dirty dishes in the kitchen) -The main living room is for our use only. You will have your own private living room upstairs. - Smoking Permitted on front outside porch (Please pick up your cigarette butts). - House parties are strictly prohibited as well gathering. An unauthorized party or gathering will result in immediate REMOVAL from the property without refund ( No birthday parties, No new year parties, get togethers etc ) -Please disclose the number of guests before your arrival. No extra adults or children as overnight visitors. All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. This must be done no later than 24 hours prior to check-in and paid for at that time. -No unregistered guests allowed without prior consent. -This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their personal equipment and needs. -The garage, the 3 private bedrooms upstairs, back office, back yard and back deck are not to be used by anyone. ( do not enter please) - Please be sure you understand Airbnb’s strict cancellations policy before you book (no exceptions).
