P5 BYO tent platform & fire ring

P5 is a small platform big enough for a 6ftx7.5ft tent and a fire ring with access to the Parkland Retreat grounds and amenities. It's parking space is large enough for a car, not a pickup truck. This is a hike in site. About 300ft from parking. Clothing is optional. Respect for visitors and the land is mandatory. The space Parksland Retreat is a 40-acre oasis surrounded by the Talladega National Forest. Clothing is optional. Respect for visitors and the land is mandatory. We offer three primitive campsites, three byo tent platform sites, three bell tents with queen beds, and a cabin with a full bed / kitchenette. Amenities include a Spa (Sauna, Hot Tub/Cold Plunge, and Herb Greenhouse Showers), outdoor shower with hot water, outhouse (privy and composting) toilets, sink for drinking water and washing dishes. Enjoy a swim in the creek, hiking along a mountain ridge,  and easy access to Blue Hole, a nearby waterfall.
