Family villa with private pool 5 mins from Moraira

Casa Julia is a spacious, traditional style villa with a private swimming pool set amongst palm trees in pretty, landscaped gardens. The villa is in a quiet residential area, 1 mile walking distance of the centre of Moraira, where there are sandy beaches, a yacht marina, many shops, bars and restaurants. Moraira is also excellent for cycling, with routes from easy to expert. The villa has a very secure garage with a bike rack inside. The villa is perfect for a break with family or friends. The space Guests will enter the Villa via 4 steps up to a veranda where guests can sit and enjoy the evening sunshine. The main door to the villa leads into an open plan kitchen and dining area with a table and chairs that can accommodate 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and fridge freezer. There is also a utility room with an additional drinks fridge and washing machine. Off the dining area, there are 2 steps up to the living area that has 2 large sofas and a coffee table where guests can watch television. Guests can log in to Netflix or Amazon or watch UK TV. There is air conditioning in these areas. There is also a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs available. From the open plan dining area there is a sliding door that separates the bedrooms area. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, inbuilt wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower, WC and vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and an inbuilt wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a single bed, with a chest of drawers and an inbuilt wardrobe. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an additional bathroom with WC, bidet, Bath, shower and vanity unit. The villa has a large garden with plenty of trees, scrubs and flowers, with views of the mountains. Guests can play boules on the pétanque pitch and there is also a ping pong table available. The pool has 4 quarter circle steps for easy access and sun loungers to relax on. There is a naya where guests can relax and eat outside overlooking the pool and mountain views., with a charcoal BBQ. The villa has a large drive and parking for 3 cars. A high chair and travel cot are available for families with younger children. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. There are steps up to access the villa. Guests will be given access details 72 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note The villa is in a quiet residential area of Moraira, therefore guests need to be respectful of our neighbours. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. The pool area is not fully enclosed as it can be accessed from the garden that surrounds it. Families with young children must be aware that they will need to supervise young children around the pool area.
