To get to the flat you have to take the stairs. On your arrival you will find the beds prepared as in the photos. If you wish to sleep separately, let us know in advance! We will be happy to have all the beds ready for you free of charge! CHECK-IN You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (€ 3 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay). DURING THE STAY If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help! Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C and in summer not below 23°. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas. Smoking is prohibited in this house. Violators will be charged a penalty fee of 100 euros. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests. CHECK-OUT Checkout is within 10 AM.
