The space is bright, peaceful, and thoughtfully decorated. Guest access Guests have exclusive private access to the entire villa, except for the reception room, which remains closed. • All bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, and dining room are at your disposal. • Enjoy full access to the private park. • Access to the wellness area with heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. • Keys are handed over in person upon arrival for a personalized welcome. • No cohabitation with the owner, ensuring complete privacy and independence. Other things to note 🏡 A Few Friendly Reminders for a Great Stay 👥 Number of Guests Please make sure your reservation reflects the actual number of people present, even if some are not sleeping over. 👉 The maximum capacity is 16 guests. 🎉 Parties & Events We want you to enjoy your stay, but please note that parties or events are not allowed. As we’re located in a residential area, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable, both for music and celebration. 🧹 Before You Leave We really appreciate your help with a few small things: • Please do the dishes and put them away, • Leave used bed linens in the bathroom, • Take out the trash. These simple steps help us a lot in preparing the space for the next guests. If not respected, a €200 deduction from the deposit may apply. 🛏️ Linens Provided We provide everything you need: • Bed sheets, • 1 large towel + 1 small towel per person, • Bath mats, • Kitchen towels. 💧 Wellness Area (Pool, Jacuzzi…) You’re welcome to enjoy the wellness area during your stay. 👉 For safety reasons, minors must be supervised by an adult. 👉 Please avoid eating in the wellness area to keep it clean and pleasant for everyone. 🧽 Cleaning Cleaning fees cover laundry and final checks, but we kindly ask that you leave the place reasonably tidy. ⸻ Thank you for taking care of the home as if it were your own 🤍 We wish you a wonderful stay!
