It can accommodate 8 guests with 3 extra mattresses for children. ✨ Inside the house, there are: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms The master bedroom has 1 large bed (can accommodate 3 people) and 1 single bed, with an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 1 king bed each. Each room can accommodate 2 people. A spacious living room with a pool table for entertainment, karaoke, a sound system, and microphones. Large dining tables, both inside and outside. Western kitchen with electric stove and separate Thai kitchen with gas stove Fully equipped kitchen. You can prepare meals. Check-in: From 3 pm onwards Check out no later than 12 noon. Check-out: Before 12:00 PM only If the specified time is exceeded, there is a service charge of 500 baht/hour (up to 2 hours and only if there are no other guests staying). Late check-out fee: THB 500 per hour (maximum 2 hours, only if there is no next booking). 💰 Security Deposit The insurance fee is 5,000 baht, payable on the day of check-in. Security deposit: THB 5,000 required upon check-in. Full refund within 2 hours after check-out Fully refundable within 2 hours after check-out. 👥 Guests | Guests All guests must register and provide the number of guests in advance. All guests must register and declare the exact number of occupants. If you bring outside guests without notifying us, there is a fine of 1,000 baht/person. The villa is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests' belongings. 🛏 Bedding | Bedding & Linens The accommodation is prepared according to the details provided. Beds and linens are provided as per the villa details. If there aren't enough, guests can bring their own. Guests may bring their own if additional sets are required. 🧺 Towels & Bathrobes | Towels & Bathrobes Prepared according to the number of guests. Provided according to registered guests.
