The space The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, offering comfortable beds and plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the open-plan living room, you will find a comfortable sofa bed that accommodates an extra person, offering flexibility to guests. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. The modern design makes it ideal for family celebrations or meals with friends. Bathroom: The apartment has a fully renovated bathroom that offers modern facilities and high quality materials, ensuring comfort and functionality during your stay Guest access Access is either from Kos Airport or from Kos Port. We can help you with your transfer from Kos Airport as the distance is about 40 minutes. Ideally, you should rent a means of transport. We can help you with car rental, motorbike, bicycle and we can arrange your transfer from/to Zia airport etc. *See the city by walking! The city center of Kos is a top choice to stay due to its proximity to archaeological museums, the old town, nightlife, neighborhood restaurants and bars. Bakeries, late-night dining, pedestrian streets and museums are all nearby! The city center offers plenty of trails and unforgettable views. Take a walk where locals go to walk their dogs and watch the sunset. *Close to pharmacies, organic stores, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants *There is an amazing flea market in Eleftherias Square with local products. * The island of Kos was voted one of the 5 best destinations in Greece. The area is known for its abundance of restaurants offering Greek and international flavors, ensuring delicious meals for every taste. Other things to note • No Smoking: Please no smoking in the house. • Plumbing Care: Please do not throw toilet paper or wipes in the toilet as the island's plumbing system cannot support them, which can cause clogs. • Air Conditioning: Please ensure that the doors and windows are closed for better air conditioning performance. • Clean Check-out: We kindly ask you to leave the villa in a tidy condition upon your departure. • Towels: Towels are for drying face, head and body only. • Food Storage: Please do not leave any sweets or fruit outside the fridge to avoid attracting insects. • Respect for Furniture: We appreciate your respect for the furniture in the house. • Guest Policy: Only guests who are part of the original reservation may remain at the property. • Use of Linens: Please do not remove towels or linens from the property for outside activities such as swimming. • Gatherings: Parties or gatherings are not allowed. • Pets: Sorry, no pets. • Hot Water: On days without sunshine, to ensure the availability of hot water, please turn on the water heater for about 20 minutes. Please remember to close it after use. • A/c (Cooling and Heating): If you need assistance operating the heat pump for cooling or heating, please let us know. We're here to help. • Drinking Water: The tap water in the house is safe for drinking. In addition, a water filter has been installed to improve the quality of drinking water, for your convenience.
