The Acorn Hideaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil hideaway. Whilst close to the City Centre, University, and Science Park, The Acorn is located at the end of a private road surrounded by acres of woodland. The location is also only a short trip away from the beautiful New Forest. The space The Acorn is a self contained one bedroom flat located on the first floor of our property. As the flat is located in the same building that we live in you should expect to hear the occasional noise and encounter Lottie our very friendly little dog. The access to the flat is up a flight of stairs on the outside of the building. We have tried to be sustainable when furnishing the flat. So rather than buy everything new we have reused older pieces of furniture which we believe adds to the character of The Acorn. Guest access There is a parking space for use by guests and an outdoor table and chairs. Other things to note To maintain the tranquility of the location we ask that there are no deliveries requested before seven thirty am or after ten pm. We are building a new lodge on the site in August. So there may be some noise during the hours of 8am until 4.30pm.
