Maison Suzanne / Cottage in a half-timbered farm

Traditional half-timbered house (1685), completely renovated in 2023, within our Alsatian farmhouse composed of our home and another vacation rental. Grassendorf is a very quiet little village surrounded by hills with nice walks to take. You will only hear the birds singing but will be only 30 minutes from Strasbourg, 20 minutes from Haguenau and 5 minutes from all amenities. The activity of our farm is the cultivation of hops. The space The living room is spacious and bright, with an open kitchen and direct access to the terrace overlooking the garden. The fenced garden is an ideal play area for children. The garden is shared with us and another vacation home. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and an extra bed on the landing. The accommodation has a bathroom with shower upstairs, 2 toilets and a laundry room. In the accommodation you will have at your disposal board games, books, children's toys and a TV with access to Netflix. Outside you can use the ping pong table, basketball hoop, badminton set, children's structure. A pétanque court is also within walking distance from the accommodation (pétanque balls available.)
