The space The flat is comfortable and the living areas are spacious. A single sofa bed is available in the lounge. Some pieces of furniture are locked because private. The bedroom wardrobes are locked but storage for guests is provided. There is only one bathroom that can be accessed through the main bedroom. The kitchen is fully functional, with a double induction plate cooker. There is no dishwasher nor washing machine. Clothes washing can be arranged with the co-host separately. Towels for the main one/two guests will be provided. Extra guest’s towels must be requested. No beach towels provided. Cleaning fees include towels and bedding services for 2 guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire flat and the patio area. Walk through the patio area must always be allowed for other people in the premises to access the lake front. Please be aware: Italian law requires guest to show their ID / passport. No stay will be allowed without documentation. Other things to note PARKING: 1 parking space available. The parking lot is for 3 cars (3 flats in the property). Wider cars and SUV might struggle parking.
