Cozy room with a great garden

The house in which the room is located is in a quiet central location in Lohne (Oldb). Bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The city center is about 1.8 km away. The space We, that is my wife and I, offer a cozy private guest room in our house. The room is about 25 m² and contains a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a sofa bed for two people. There is plenty of storage space for luggage and a small TV. The room offered has a great view of our beautiful garden and a rain retention basin, which is located in a park behind our house. The room is quiet and bright. Since the house only has one shower, this is a shared shower. The guest toilet is available for exclusive use. Our kitchen and garden can also be used. Guest access A parking space for a car is located directly on the premises. Bicycles can be safely stored in our shed. Other things to note The room is located in an inhabited single-family home. The residents of the house will usually also be present.
