This charming property offers the ideal mix of privacy and relaxation just 2 hours away from NYC. The house offers a private fenced pool perfect for lounging or taking a dip under the sun. In the backyard, enjoy cozy evenings by the fire pit or dine al fresco on the furnished patio, which flows easily into the kitchen for effortless meals and entertaining. At the front of the house, a furnished porch offers peaceful views of the garden—an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind at sunset. Guest access Guest are welcome to use the entire space. This house features three bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed, one with A twin day bed and twin trundle, and one with a full bed. The couch is large and comfortable, and there is an Eat-In-Kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans, (Sorry there isn't oven to bake) salt, pepper and spices to prepare all meals . The enclosed porch beautifully furnished allows for natural light to enter through the big windows can easily unlock and be open. The French doors allows easy access to the front yard! Other things to note Please Note: “The nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. For each additional guest, there is a $55 per person, per night fee to help cover the extra linens, utilities, and cleaning. Thank you for understanding!” To book this property, the primary guest must be at least 21 years old. They must also be present during the stay, and ONLY registered guests are permitted on the premises must have direct communication with the host before check-in, for every non registered guest or extra visitors staying overnight a fee will be required on the platform per stay and arranged with the host prior arrival per extra visitor. we have recently updated our toilet to a brand new one with strong water flush but we do ask to please discard baby and flushable wipes in the trash can, the house only have septic system and wipes do cause clogs. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANY TYPE OF WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. The pool is private and not supervised, so children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pool: (8 ft deep at deepest end) open for your enjoyment (DURING SUMMER months ONLY). Your safety is our priority so please adhere to the following rules for a smooth and safe experience: No running/horseplay around the pool. No diving in the shallow end. Pets are not allowed in the pool for higiene reasons. Please do not use the pool as a toilet. Anything brought up to the pool area must be taken back to the house when you leave. Please make sure the gate is closed at all times when the pool is not in use. the third bedroom has a secure wooden ladder access but it's recommended for adults ONLY, on the guest book you'll find more info about it. if you need extra towels or blankets please text to request. Countryside basic notes: Ticks & Lyme Disease: Ticks can carry Lyme-use bug spray, wear long clothes, and check yourself/pets daily. Poison Ivy/Oak: Avoid contact-oils spread easily.
