The space Our stunning penthouse spans two floors. **Upper Floor:** This floor features a bedroom with a double bed and a 65-inch cable TV. The room also includes a comfortable sofa bed, with the option to add a double mattress. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, and a coffee corner. There’s a dining table for 6 and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. From this room, you can access a huge rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the bay, sea, and city. The terrace includes a refreshing swimming pool (5x9 meters, 1.7-meter depth), a spa jacuzzi for 8 people, a BBQ area with a gas grill, sunbeds, umbrellas, and seating areas. (Foldable tables are available for larger events upon request). **Lower Floor:** The lower floor has 4 luxurious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and cable TV. The large room includes a wardrobe and a 55-inch TV, while the other rooms feature 42-inch TVs. The spacious living room includes a seating area with a 65-inch cable TV and surround sound, and there’s an option to add 2 mattresses for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double refrigerator, built-in oven, coffee machine, water bar, electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, and a coffee corner. There’s a dining table for 6. Additionally, there’s a bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a separate guest toilet serving the 4 rooms. The lower floor also features a 100-meter balcony, partially covered with a large pergola and a sun deck area. On the balcony, you’ll find a swing and seating areas. For religious guests, a hot plate and urn are available. Private covered parking is available for one car, and additional street parking is nearby.
