Vacation villa, ideal for families, pets not allowed. In the middle of the countryside, distant view, not overlooked, large salt pool, unheated (10 m x 4 m), petanque court, ping pong table, 3000 m2 wooded plot. Close (3.5 km) to the Antilles de Jonzac (spa center, fitness, spa treatments), 5 km from the center of Jonzac (restaurants, bars, shops), 40 minutes from the Atlantic coast, 1 hour from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from Cognac. The space 110 m2 villa including a 50 m2 living room with a fitted open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bathtub and shower), separate toilet, bicycle storage room, parking. Please note that our cat, Muffine, lives in our lovely house. She is independent and cuddly, and you may come across her. Dry food will be available to feed her. This family home is 25 years old, and there are a few small imperfections (shutters that are worn but close), tile joints, etc., which do not detract from its charm. Linen not provided; linen rental available Guest access You can use the whole house, except the garage which remains private. That's why the blue door with the cat flap is closed. A bicycle room is available for your use, access is through the small blue door on the side of the house. Other things to note You can bring your own linen or choose the linen option for €40 for a double bed, which includes 1 bed set for a 140 x 190 cm bed (made up), 2 towels per person, 2 dish towels, and 1 hand towel.
