Located in the Parc naturel régional du Perche, in the southernmost part of Normandy, this cottage offers lovers of real countryside, an authentic and warm setting, to recharge your batteries, in connection with nature. Surrounded by two hectares of meadow, for the happiness of Nougat and Nimbus two donkeys Normand and Cotentin, and by two hectares of woods, on a hillside. No noise pollution disturbs the tranquility of the place, except perhaps in the evening the crowing of pheasants. Relaxation guaranteed! The space Our little cottage was born from the care taken in the transformation of an old stable. It has kept the soul and charm of yesteryear, with its exposed beams and thick lime and sand walls, so typical of the Perche. Every stone, every material still tells a fragment of its story. It is part of our small peaceful hamlet, where a barn, a farmhouse and our own house are located. A small studio "the nest", allows you to increase the capacity to 6 beds if necessary. The whole forms a harmonious place, imbued with authenticity and serenity. Here, your tranquility is preserved: the cottage opens onto the woods, offering a soothing view and the promise of sweet moments of calm. Guests can enjoy a green terrace, ideal for breakfast under the singing of birds, and private access from the parking lot, for a stay in complete privacy. Taking our 800 m path that starts from the road to the hamlet, it's already a change of scenery. Your nature safari starts here! Deer and other animals will welcome you. Arrive at the parking lot, you can marvel at the typical panoramic view of the Perche with its rolling hills. You will be astonished by the ambient tranquility. *The ground floor of the cottage is composed of a cozy living room with a wood stove, a bathroom with a large shower and a small fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso and fridge with a real freezer. The decoration of the whole is made of objects found in the nearby flea markets and furniture from a family country house. Upstairs, a landing with toilet and two bedrooms with quality bedding (Emma and Linvosges) *The fern room that faces the woods; 2 single beds, a large wardrobe and shelves, wooden decoration. *The fig room overlooking our beautiful fig tree that is over 30 years old. From July you can taste its delicious figs. 2 single beds, a large wardrobe, shelves and a small desk. The decor is rather gaucho style. The headboard is made from a century-old oak tree on the property that we worked on. Guest access You have private access from the parking lot as well as your garden open to the woods with Weber barbecue. If you want to meet us so that we can tell you the anecdotes of this old farm from 1750, it will be with pleasure! Other things to note We are also all-terrain scooter renters on site, "Perche E-motion" company. Great walks in the surrounding woods are offered from the cottage.
