The space Neighborhood Highlights: L’Isle-sur-Serein is a small town in the Yonne of 664 inhabitants. In our cozy accommodation, you will enjoy its calm and nature with the river that runs along our property. On foot, you will be in a few moments in the center of the village and all its amenities, such as: -Bakery, -supermarket, -tabac, -pharmacy, -the post, -boucherie ... As well as a few bars and restaurants. Ideal starting point to visit many cities; Avallon, Noyers-sur-Serein or even Montreal which is in only 15 km of road. Finally, also 30 minutes away, you will find the city of Vezelay and its UNESCO World Heritage Basilica but also on the other side Fontenay Abbey. For wine lovers, Chablis, Irancy and Coulange la Vineuse are quickly accessible. As you can see, our region is rich and we will be happy to guide you and share our love for our beautiful region with you. Your host Emmanuelle also offers a local breakfast (€10 per person at extra cost ) but also a table d 'hôte on request. Getting around: L’Isle sur Serein is located 15 minutes from the A6 motorway exit. When you arrive, park outside, we will accompany you to your cottage then, you can bring your vehicle closer to unload your business. The keys will be given to you at that time. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (double bed) 1 bathroom ( shower and toilet) A crib and high chair on request (free) Outdoors: Garden table Walk in the garden by the river In the village there is also a municipal tennis available for rent. The accommodation has a capacity of 3 people maximum of all ages (including baby) We draw attention to the fact that the entire property runs along the river if you come with a child. Other things to note Languages spoken by your hosts: French,English, Spanish and Italian. Linens are included. Washing machine available upon request for stays longer than a week. Cleaning on request: 20 euros. No WIFI but very good network coverage. No TV in the accommodation.
