No. VV3495AS The space Simple and charming, Casa Leonor was built in 1966, being renovated and cared for but retaining the charm of the countryside. It has access via a comfortable staircase outside. Inside, the entire house is distributed on the same floor: we find a spacious living room with a chaise longue sofa, television and decorative fireplace, dining table and a spacious and bright kitchen with gas and electric stoves, refrigerator, microwave with grill, Italian coffee maker and kitchenware as well as the fully renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. As for the three bedrooms: a double bedroom with a 135cm bed and television, a bedroom with a 120cm bed and a third bedroom with two 110 - 105cm beds and television. All the windows in the house have been recently changed, now being PVC to better preserve the insulation of the house. It has diesel heating for the coldest days of the year, and we ensure that there are clean sheets, towels and blankets available to guests at no extra charge. As for parking, as it is a rural area, you can park without any problem in the surroundings of the house on the public road of the village itself.
