The "Fläminger Bauernstübchen" is very quaint and cozily furnished, in traditional construction with clay walls and the "Haus an der Wiese" in stylishly reduced design. There is an indoor courtyard, from which you can reach the two houses and also via a meadow to the playground and forest and dirt roads. A spacious room in the barn is at your disposal for eating and cooking. It can accommodate up to 20 people - in a cozy, stylish atmosphere of Landliebe. In the farmhouse, eight people can sit at the dining table in the living room. In addition, there are two couches for about 6 people in the living room. There is also a cozy living room with couch in the house on the meadow, where 8 people can be accommodated at the dining table. In both living rooms there is a fireplace. Both houses have a spacious, well equipped kitchen. In the farmhouse, there is a bathroom with shower and separate lockable toilet. In the house on the meadow there are 3 bathrooms with toilet, of which 2 with shower: one upstairs, two bathrooms in the basement. In the farmhouse, there are 3 rooms with double bed ground floor available and in the house on the meadow there are 4 rooms with double bed available, two on the upper floor and two on the ground floor. For families with a child, a sleeping chair can be added on the upper floor in the 2 parents' rooms. From the farm there is access to a sauna (8€ per hour) and a free sports room. There is a small bathroom with a toilet here too. Each of the houses has a garden behind the house, with BBQ and seating area. In the garden from the "Haus an der Wiese", up to 12 people can comfortably and covered at a table, overlooking meadow and field. The farmhouse garden can accommodate up to 8 people, overlooking the dreamy farmer's garden. In addition, there is another third separate apartment for 4-5 people on the upper floor here on the farm. Here in the "Remise in the pointed floor" there are 2 double rooms, a living room with sofa bed, dining table, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. You are welcome to book this apartment for: €120 per night for 4 people plus €100 final cleaning (one-time) By booking this third apartment, you will find a total of space for 18 people and 2 children (extra bed in the parent room) here on the farm. A few steps across the courtyard and you are right in nature. Nothing but meadow, field and forest. Just across the meadow and you reach the playground. A large gym can be used free of charge at your own risk. There is a sauna that can be shared. An agreement before/on arrival is required. Sauna per hour €8 Sauna towel and bathrobe per person €5 There are bicycles of different sizes. We charge a fee of €7 per person for the entire stay. By arrangement, we can adjust the saddle height, etc. for you. Other things to note The city of Wittenberg levies an accommodation tax of €3 per night per person (aged 18 and over) for leisure and business travelers, which must be paid 1 week before arrival. Exempt persons (see the website of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg) are kindly asked to send us digital proof. For toddlers aged 0-2 years, if they need an extra bed/crib, there is a charge of €10 per night. You can pay this amount here on site. Infants aged 0-2 years stay free of charge if they sleep in their parents' bed. The basic booking price applies to 2 houses in their entirety and can accommodate 14 people + 2 children. For this, there is a flat fee of €120 per night for 4 people and a one-time final cleaning fee (including towels/linen) of €100. We provide a well-stocked box of firewood for each house. Of course, you are welcome to get more. Each additional crate will be charged €5.
